Finish Line Sanding Machine
- Brush finishing made easy!
In 2023 Valley Precision purchased a 4-head Finish Line brush finishing and deburring machine. This state-of-the-art machine has a conveyor belt and four sanding stations. The first sanding belt removes burrs. The second head has 10 rotating brushes to begin the edge-rounding process. The third head continues the edge-rounding with a finer grit brush. The fourth sanding head is a fine-grit belt that applies the final beautiful brush finish, and leaves the edges rounded and safe to touch. This machine revolutionized our deburring procedures at Valley Precision and produces excellent results.
- Sheet Metal Processing
Brush finishing and edge-rounding on sheet metal provides a blemish-free surface, nice edges, and material that looks wonderful. The combination of the brush finishing and the edge-rounding can remove scratches, corrosion, dirt, debris, burrs, and other surface issues, and leave a finish that is pleasing to the eye, and easy to work with.
