Valley Precision currently occupies 30,000 square feet of modern manufacturing space in Waynesboro, Virginia. Conveniently located near the intersection of Virginia’s highways I81 and I64, Valley Precision employs highly-skilled people with experience using a broad range of manufacturing processes and materials.

Mechanical Designers and Estimators send and receive electronic files in ProEngineer format and in other formats commonly used in mechanical design.

Production supervisors and Manufacturing Engineers use a recently installed Enterprise Resource Planning system on an internal network for exchange of production information.

Programmers use recently released software packages to quickly generate program code for CNC controlled turret presses and machining centers.

Laser cutting of sheet metal in a wide variety of materials is available for prototyping and materials which are too thick to be punched on the turret presses.

Brush finishing and deburring is available with our Finish Line sanding machine, and forming is done by LVD and Wysong Press Brakes.

Systems specialists make EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) available for purchase order, scheduling, invoicing, and payment transactions. Deliveries to your plant can be labeled with bar codes in the format your systems require.

Quality Engineering and experienced Process Inspectors use a well documented quality system which conforms with the requirements of MIL-I-45208 and ISO9003 to assure reliable quality parts… every time!
