Production supervisors and Manufacturing Engineers use a recently installed Enterprise Resource Planning system on an internal network for exchange of production information.
Programmers use recently released software packages to quickly generate program code for CNC controlled turret presses and machining centers.
Laser cutting of sheet metal in a wide variety of materials is available for prototyping and materials which are too thick to be punched on the turret presses.
Brush finishing and deburring is available with our Finish Line sanding machine, and forming is done by LVD and Wysong Press Brakes.
Systems specialists make EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) available for purchase order, scheduling, invoicing, and payment transactions. Deliveries to your plant can be labeled with bar codes in the format your systems require.
