Valley Precision utilizes two LVD 4kw laser cutting machines to fabricate sheet metal items per our customer’s requirements. These machines can cut up to 1″ thick steel, 5/8″ thick stainless, and a variety of other materials including copper, brass, and aluminum.
Sheet metal processing is a core competency of Valley Precision. Parts are manufactured using customer designs, designs extracted from Pro Engineer or SolidWorks solid models, and other computer aided manufacturing systems. Laser cutting programs for any of the high-speed LVD lasers are computer generated and sent to the machine controls.
