Valley Precision uses three Pemserter 4000 and two Pemseter Series 3 fastener inserting machines to apply clinch nuts, studs, standoffs, zip tie fasteners, and more.
- Where are fasteners used?
Electronics manufactures and Lab Equipment manufacturers frequently need circuit boards mounted, fans mounted, or zip tie mounts added to their parts. This can be easily achieved using clinch fasteners otherwise known as "pem fasteners". Fasteners are available from a variety of vendors, and we can install fasteners that are up to 3/8" in diameter. If you need help choosing a fastener, please let us know.
