Punching Parts on CNC Turret Presses
- LVD Strippit 1250H Punch Press
Valley Precision utilizes a Strippit thin-station 20-ton turret press with 36 tooling stations. We have thousands of tools that are ready to meet your punching requirements. We can punch up to .187 thick steel and Aluminum, but prefer to keep our stainless steel punching under .120". For thicker parts, we frequently choose to laser cut parts that might exceed the capacity of the punch.
- Sheet Metal Processing
Sheet metal processing is a core competency of Valley Precision. Parts are manufactured using customer designs, designs extracted from Creo or SolidWorks solid models, and other computer aided manufacturing systems. Laser cutting programs for any of the high-speed LVD punch presses are computer generated and sent to the machine controls.
