Waterjet Cutting Copper Electric Conductors

Waterjet Cutting Copper Electric Conductors

We have a “FLOW” waterjet cutting machine that can cut parts up to 48″ x 48″ x 6″ thick.   We use it for prototypes, and for materials that are too thick to punch or laser cut.   Today we are cutting some copper components used in transformers for renewable energy electrial systems.    Another primary reason to have parts waterjet cut is to cut complex patterns or radius features into metal parts.  One of the most interesting things we’ve cut on the waterjet machine was Titanium for use in special knives!
